The Insider recently caught up with singer Demi Lovato as she gears up for her upcoming "Neon Lights" tour. During the interview, Lovato opened up about the importance of having a strong team around her after going to rehab three years ago for drugs, alcohol and an eating disorder. When asked about having a great team support, 21-year-old Lovato told correspondent Keltie Knight: “My team really cares about me,” she explained. “I’m absolutely 100% in control of my schedule and I have a team that will say, ‘You probably shouldn’t do that interview because day of the interview you’re going to be tired.’ Watch the interview below: BONUS:
